Shipping Policy
The Claensian website (Website) is owned and operated by Claensian Pty Ltd ABN 66 665 817 729.
By using or accessing the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by our Website Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to our Website Terms of Use or our Privacy Policy, please do not use the Website.
By placing any Order on our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions of Purchase, this Shipping or and our Return Policy. If you do not agree to our Terms and Conditions of Purchase, our Shipping Policy or our Return Policy please do not use the Website, or place any Order for the purchase of Products on our Website.
To place an Order on the Website, customers must be aged 18 or older.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Claensian uses a third-party logistics (3PL) provider for delivery of your Order; and estimated delivery times are advised by the 3PL, but cannot be guaranteed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.
- Products may not be available for immediate delivery.
- Generally, your Order will be delivered to you between ten (10) to twenty (20) days (estimated delivery times) after the dispatch date.
- If Claensian gives you notice that it will be unable to deliver your Order within 20 business days of receipt of your Order, due to lack of stock, you may cancel your Order without charge, and Claensian will arrange for a full refund of any payment made by you to be processed.
- Delivery times may be greater than the estimated delivery times for regional or remote areas.
- The terms of this clause apply where you select to have your goods delivered to a specified address.
- The delivery address must be an address within Australia and cannot be a freight forwarding location. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.
- Your products will be delivered to the address you provided and via the method specified by you when you complete your Order.
- On receipt of your Order by Claensian, and full payment by you, your Order will be dispatched by our 3PL provider to your specified delivery address generally within 5 business days of the date you placed and paid for your Order in full (dispatch date).
- Estimated delivery times only start after your Order has been fully paid and, and the Order has been dispatched from our 3PL partners or third party delivery contractor (usually within 5 business days after receipt of cleared payment) – being the dispatch date.
- While Claensian and our 3PL partners will always use our best endeavours to deliver your Orders in the specified time frame, Claensian does not warrant that these timeframes will always be met, as many factors may affect these timeframes.
- If you Order large or bulky items, Claensian or any of our 3PL partners may contact you by telephone or email to arrange with you a suitable time for delivery.
- If you wish to change the delivery date or delivery address you must contact Claensian at hello@claensian.com at least 48 hours prior to the dispatch of your Order.
- Claensian cannot and will not accept responsibility for delivery failures or delays by our 3PL partners or third party delivery contractor. And Claensian is unable to guarantee delivery on any specific dates or times, as our delivery partners would also be unable to guarantee such deliveries.
- In the unlikely event that your Order is returned to Claensian, a member of our team will contact you via email.
- Most undelivered parcels cannot be delivered due to the incorrect address being provided to us. Therefore, please check your address carefully when placing your Order. A re-delivery fee will be charged if the parcel is re-sent to you.
- Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt: If no one is home to receive the delivery or your Order, the courier Amy leave a missed delivery or calling card with further details on how to obtain your parcel/Order. When the courier is Australia Post, the parcel/Order will be sent to a nearby post office from where you must collect it within 10 business days. With other couriers, you may be able to arrange re-delivery or pick-up at a depot or collection point. Re-delivery may incur an additional fee to be paid by you.
- Rejected by Receiver: If your Order is a gift, please ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery fee will occur if the parcel must be re-sent.
