By placing any Order on our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions of Purchase, our Shipping Policy and this Return Policy. If you do not agree to our Terms and Conditions of Purchase, our Shipping Policy or our Return Policy please do not use the Website, or place any Order for the purchase of Products on our Website.

- We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
- We therefore recommend you read our Refund Policy prior to you making a purchase from us, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- We also recommend you immediately inspect any products that are delivered to you, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the products, including that the products are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

- Change of Mind
- Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if:
- you simply change your mind or made a wrong selection or decision;
- you misused the products in any way that caused the problem;
- the product did not perform to your expectations; or
- you have simply found products cheaper elsewhere.
- We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
- Clearance or Special Items
- We do not accept returns or refunds on clearance or special items; purchase of these items is final.
- Consumer Guarantees and Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law
- Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have guaranteed legal rights for goods and services you purchase. These are called consumer guarantees.
- All goods sold in Australia come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

- Returns or Refunds
- Where you believe, you are entitled to return or a refund a Product under this policy or under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact our team at hello@claensian.com, who will assist you with your enquiry.
- Faulty or damaged Products will be replaced at no charge to you, only if we are notified within 7 days of receipt of the Product by you.
- If your Product has been received and it is incorrect through the fault of Claensian, it will be replaced at no additional charge to you, or a full refund of the incorrect item(s) (not including the shipping cost), will be given to you within 30 days from the date the Products are received by us.
- Please note that to be eligible for a return or a refund of a Product:
- you must notify our team within 14 days from the date of purchase;
- the Product must be unopened in its original packaging, and not tampered with;
- the Product must be in as new condition;
- the Product must be accompanied by a Tax Invoice or Proof of Purchase; and
- must be returned to us at your own expense.
- Upon receiving the Product our team will inspect your Product to verify that the Product has not been opened or tampered with. If the Product has been opened/tampered with, no exchange or refund will be granted, and a new postage will be charged if you wish to have your Product returned.
